To Thaw Apollo Phyllo: Remove package from freezer and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, or for at least 3 hours at room temperature. Remove thawed Phyllo from refrigerator and bring to room temperature prior to using. To Use Apollo Phyllo: Prepare all ingredients for recipe before opening thawed, room temperature Phyllo. Carefully unroll Phyllo with plastic wrap, then a slightly damp towel to prevent drying out. Uncover to remove Phyllo sheets as needed, then promptly recover the remainder. Working from edges towards the center, brush each layer of Phyllo with melted butter or margarine, or oil. Be sure to brush the finished product with melted butter or margarine, or oil. Keep frozen. To store Unused Apollo Phyllo: Immediately reroll unused Phyllo sheets in plastic wrap. Refrigerate opened Phyllo up to 1 week, or refreeze up to 2 months.
