Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange at least 2 inches apart in an oven safe dish. Bake on the center rack for 20-25 minutes, and until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each meatball. Stovetop: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes then flip meatballs. Continue cooking for 11-13 more minutes stirring/shaking the pan frequently to ensure even cooking on all sides of the meatball. Use a meat thermometer to confirm internal temperature is 165 degrees F throughout each meatball. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
