Dad’s cookin’ tips: Bring meat to room temperature. Pat meat dry. Sprinkle dry rub liberally over all areas of meat and rub lightly into meat. Let seasoned meat stand for 30 minutes. Place on put grill, or smoker & cook. Try basting with mark’s bbq saves occasionally while cookin’ and apply bbq sauce to meat toward the end of cooking. For beef, chicken, pork & sea food.
