Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degree F. Roasting Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. 2. For added flavor brush on your favorite oil and or dry spice blend. 3. Place breast side up in a roasting pan with 112 cup water in bottom of pan. (4) Place roasting pan in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until a minimum temperature of 165 degree F is reached in the thickest part of the thigh. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
