Directions

Cook Thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Remove the side muscles from the scallops if needed. Pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the pan. Add the scallops to the pan. Cook the scallops for 2 minutes, then flip. Cook the scallops for another 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Keep refrigerated. Safe Handling: Store in the refrigerator, max temperature not to exceed 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) previously frozen. Do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated until ready to cook not for raw consumption.
