Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Take 1 tsp. (5 ml) 1 to 3 times daily. Can be taken directly, or mixed with water or juice. Measure only with the dosage cup provided. Do not use any other dosing device. Store at room temperature 59 degrees - 86 degrees F (15 degrees - 30 degrees C). Keep bottle tightly closed.
