Directions

Basic Prep: Bring 1 cup of farro and 2-1/2 cups salted water to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, skimming any foam from water, for 25 minutes. Drain excess water. Makes 3 cups cooked. Store in a cool, dry place. Cut to open.
