Cooking Instructions: Pour marinade over meat (chicken, beef or port) in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. - Use 1/2 bottle of marinade for 2 1/2 lb. of chicken. - Use full bottle of marinade for 5 lb. of chicken. Cover dish (or seal bag). Refrigerate at least 60 min. to marinate. For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Cook meat according to USDA guidelines. Note: For more flavor, reserve some marinade before pouring over raw chicken. Brush the unused marinade onto the chicken as it cooks. Discard leftover marinade. Refrigerate after opening. Shake before use.
