Great for Hors d'oeuvre, Dessert with crudities: For Hors d'oeuvre: Cut flatbread into 5 inch strips. spread a thin layer of your favorite dressing on each strip. Place thinly sliced deli meats (like prosciutto) and cheese. Roll-up with-wise. Cut into 3 inch long (cigar shaped cylinders. For Dessert: Try this interesting dessert. Mash some sliced bananas and mix in some chocolate chips. Place in the center of the flatbread. Bring the outer edge up & twist together. Place on a cookie sheet & sprinkle or brush the outer surface with some melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve warm. Can be frozen.
