Toast: High for 5 minutes. Microwave Oven: Cook 3 minutes. Rotate. Cook 1-2 minutes. Panini Press: Heat: High. Cook -10 minutes. Keep refrigerated. Best kept frozen. Keep stored between the temperatures of 33 - 44 F.
