Baking Instructions: Defrost puff pastry sheet in the refrigerator overnight (at least 8 hours). Proper thawing will ensure product quality and ease of use. On a flour-dusted clean surface, unroll and fill if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove from oven when golden brown. Enjoy. Pastry Pops: Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Use your favorite 3 inch cookie cutter to cut shapes. Using a 3/4 inch cookie cutter, cut out the center of half of the cookies. Combine 1/2 cup of jam with 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice. Place jam mixture between 2 cookies. Place lollipop stick in between cookies and seal edges with a bit of water. Brush with a mixture of egg and sugar. Follow baking instructions. Keep frozen (0 degrees F/ -18 degrees C) until use. Do not refreeze.
