Preparation instructions: Your child's health depends on proper drink preparation: do not exceed the recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. 1. Wash hands and surfaces with soap and warm water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean cup. 2. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water. 3. Cap cup; shake well until powder is dissolved. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. How to make a cup: To make (approximately) (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared drink): 2 fl oz cup; Water: 2 fl oz (60 ml); Drink power (unpacked, level scoop): 1 scoop (8.5 g). To make (approximately) (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared drink): 4 fl oz cup; Water: 4 fl oz (120 ml); Drink power (unpacked, level scoop): 2 scoop (17 g). To make (approximately) (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared drink): 8 fl oz cup; Water: 8 fl oz (240 ml); Drink power (unpacked, level scoop): 4 scoop (34 g). Store prepared drink in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Cover opened drink can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month. Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
