Immediately store prepared formula in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use it within 24 hours. Cover opened formula can and store in a cool, dry place and use within 1 month. Store unopened cans at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures. Best when used by date stamped on bottom of can. Use as directed by a Physician. Directions for Preparation and Use: The health of your infant depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use: Do not exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm. 1. Wash hands, bottle, feeding utensils, and surfaces with soap and water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle. 2. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop (8.5g) for each 2 fl. oz. of water. 3. Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved. Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour. To Make (approximately) (Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 2 fl oz bottle; 2 fl oz (60 ml) water; 1 scoop (8.5 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop). To Make (approximately) (Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 4 fl oz bottle; 4 fl oz (120 ml) water; 2 scoops (17 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop). To Make (approximately) (Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 6 fl oz bottle; 6 fl oz (180 ml) water; 3 scoops (25.5 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop). To Make (approximately) (Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 8 fl oz bottle; 8 fl oz (240 ml) water; 4 scoops (34 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop).

Prepared formula needs to be fed immediately after preparation or refrigerated within 1 hour after mixing. Discard leftover formula after feeding. Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to an infant diagnosed with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and the need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use.
