Storage: Immediately store prepared formula in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Cover opened formula can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month. Directions for Preparation and Use: The health of your infant depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use: Do not exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm Wash Hands, bottle, feeding utensils, and surfaces with soap and water prior to preparing formula. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop (8.5 g) for each 2 fl oz of water. Cap bottle; shake well until powder is dissolved. Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour. How to make to bottle: To Make (approximately) (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 2 fl oz bottle; 2 fl oz (60 ml) water; 1 scoop (8.5 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop). To Make (approximately) (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 4 fl oz bottle; 4 fl oz (120 ml) water; 2 scoops (17 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop). To Make (approximately) (each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula): 6 fl oz bottle; 6 fl oz (180 ml) water; 3 scoops (25.5 g) add formula powder (unpacked, level scoop).
