Directions for Preparation and Use: Your child’s health depends on proper drink preparation: Do not exceed the recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. 1. Wash hands and surfaces with soap and warm water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean up. 2. Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop for each 2 fl oz of water. 3. Cap cup; shake well until powder is dissolved. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. How to Make a Cup: To Make (Approximately)(Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared drink): 2 fl oz cup: 2 fl oz (60 ml) water; 1 scoop (8.5 g) drink powder (unpacked, level scoop).
