Cooking instructions: For Tender, Fluffy Rice: (1) Combine in a 3-quart saucepan 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and, if desired, 1 tsp. Salt. Bring to a boil. (2) Turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Serve. Note: For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 5 minutes longer cooking time. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. Store in a cool, dry place.
