Chicken Pieces: 6 to 8; 1 packet coating mixture; 50 minutes bake time at 400 degrees F. with bone; 20 minutes bake time at 400 degrees F. boneless. 4 to 5 chicken pieces; 1/2 packet coating mixture; 45 minutes bake time at 400 degrees F. with bone; 15 minutes bake time at 400 degrees F. boneless. 2 to 3 chicken pieces; 1/4 packet coating mixture; 40 minutes bake time at 400 degrees F. with bone; 15 minutes bake time at 400 degrees F. boneless. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
