To Rehydrate: 1. Pour enough hot water over mushrooms to cover. Soak for 30 minutes or until soft. 2. Place cheesecloth or coffee filter in strainer. Pour mushrooms Into Strainer. 3. Remove cheesecloth or coffee filter leaving mushrooms in strainer. Run water over mushrooms in sink to rinse and pat dry.

In 1994 we began growing Shitake mushrooms to try our hand at crafting fungi. The bountiful results of our labor were offered in local stores. Much to our delight, customers enthusiastically asked for other exotic varieties of mushrooms. To satisfy growing demand, we moved to a small, rustic farm beautifully situated in the Pacific Northwest. We quickly became the largest organic gourmet mushroom farm in Washington State. Demand grew for dried mushrooms, so in 1998 we introduced our full line of FungusAmongUs dried mushrooms. Today, consumers across North America enjoy a wide selection of our delicious products.
