Cooking Directions & Recipes: Crawfish-Man's Jambalaya for 6: On Stove Top: 1. Add box Jambalaya Mix to 2 cups water and 1 lb. precooked meal or uncooked seafood. (sausage, chicken, roost, turkey, venison, shrimp, crawfish, crabs) to covered sauce pan. 2. Bring to boil. Stir. Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. In Microwave: 1. Add step (1) obove to covered casserole dish. 2. Cook on high for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Stir once during cooking period. In Rice Cooker: 1. Add step (1) above to rice cooker. Press cook button. 2. After cooker chimes, let Jambalaya remain on warm cycle for 20 minutes. Crawfish-Man's Jambalaya for 12: In Rice Cooker: 1. Add 2 boxes Jambalaya Mix, 3 cups water and 2 lbs. meat or seafood. 2. Follow directions above. Rice Cooker's Best Friend: In a hurry? Pour 2 cups water in rice cooker with 1 box Jambaloya Mix. Next, add 1 lb. anything! (crawfish, shrimp, sausage, frozen veggies, cooked beans) Press cook button. Done! Serve 20 minutes later. Rice cooker friendly.
