Cap indicates color and sheen. Restores the finish on grills & wood burning stoves; Protects against rust. Paint withstands temperatures up to 600 degrees F. Not for use on kitchen stoves. Do not use on surfaces directly exposed to flames. Ideal for: grills, fire pits, wood burning stoves and heating radiators. Materials: metal. Coverage. Up to 20 square feet on a solid non-porous surface. Ideal conditions: use outdoors or in a well ventilated area. For best results use when air & surface temperatures are 50 degrees F (10 degrees C)-85 degrees F (29 degrees C) & humidity is below 85%. Preparations. Surface should be clean, dull & dry. Remove loose paint, rust, dirt, grease and oil. To improve adhesion, sand glossy or rough surfaces until smooth. Painting. Shake for 1-2 minutes & during use. Test an inconspicuous area first. Hold can 10 inch-12 inch from surface, spray in sweeping motion from side to side with slight overlap. Apply multiple thin coats to avoid runs & drips. Dry & application times. Dries to touch in 15 minutes or less. Handle after 1 hour apply additional coats anytime. After use. Clean valve by holding can upside down and spraying until only clear gas comes out. If spray button becomes clogged wear eye protection, wipe off the button opening with lacquer thinner do not stick pin in spray button opening. Clean over spray with paint or lacquer thinner, following solvent manufacturer's instructions. Wash hands after using.
