Directions: You will need: 1 lb ground beef (1 lb ground turkey or pork can be substituted for ground beef.) 1 can (15-16 oz) kidney, pinto, or black beans, rinsed & drained. 1. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet. 2. Add chili starter and beans, stir well. Heat to boiling. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers.
