Suggested Use: Adults, take 1 tablet daily with water and a meal. Heating Instructions (Remove from bag-best when thawed): Conventional Oven: Wrap in foil for best results. Frozen: 300 degrees F 25 minutes. Thawed: 300 degrees F 15 minutes. Microwave Oven: Turn over every 30 seconds, heat until hot and soft. Suggested Use: Adults, take 2 softgels 1 to 2 times daily with water and a meal. Store tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Twist cap to open.
