Saved Wine

Description

SAVED's fruit is sourced from as far south as Santa Maria Valley and as far north as King City in Monterey County. Each parcel is handled and blended separately to maintain the delicate fruit balance, all perfected by French-oak aging. It finishes long and generous. This California appellation red wine leads off with beautiful aromas of dark plum, bramble and cocoa with spice, smoke and coconut on the nose. Flavors of pomegranate, baking spice, and black cherry dominate, with hints of cocoa and vanilla on the finish. Varietal: 41% malbec, 21% syrah, 13% merlot, 10% grenache, 9% zinfandel, 4% pinot verdot, 2% souzao.
