Suggested Usage: Mix 1 1/2 level teaspoons of powder into at least 8 oz. of cold water or clear liquid until fully dissolved. To fully dissolve, add powder slowly while stirring. Once prepared, this mixture may be added to smoothies or juices as desired. Take once daily with a meal.
