Our Family Recipe: Peaches & Whiskey Ribs: Ingredients 2 slabs of ribs Salt & pepper to taste 1 bottle Fischer & Wieser's Peaches & Whiskey BBQ Sauce 2 large onions, sliced Directions: Remove membrane from ribs and salt and pepper both sides. Generously brush both sides with Fischer & Wieser Peaches & Whiskey BBQ Sauce. Cover bottom of baking sheet with tin foil and then sliced onions. Place ribs on the onions. Cover tightly with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, reduce heat to 250 degrees for additional 2-3 hours, until tender Remove from oven. Pour Fischer & Wieser Peaches & Whiskey BBQ Sauce to cover ribs and finish under broiler for 3-4 minutes or on the grill. Enjoy! Serving Suggestion: Mix into: Pulled pork sandwiches and baked beans. Top: Burgers & grilled shrimp Grill: Chicken quarters, thick-cut pork chops, ribs. Glaze: Meat loaf or salmon Pair with: Medium-bodied red wine or IPA. Refrigerate after opening.
