Directions

Place the falafel mixture in a bowl and add one cup of water (200 ml). Mix well and let it rest for 120 minutes. Form patties with wet hands and fry in hot vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown color is obtained. Drain and serve falafel patties with fresh vegetables, pickles and tahina sauce. Store cool and dry.
