Pan Fry or Outdoor Grill: Place frozen patties in heated fry pan or on heated grill (recommended pre-heat setting 325 degrees F [165 degrees C] or medium heat) for 4 minutes. Turn patties over onto the other side and cook 4 more minutes - until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 161 degrees F (72 degrees C). Season with Spices to taste. Keep frozen.
