Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate left-overs immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Thaw completely if frozen. Remove from package. Oven: Preheat to 275 degrees F. and place lean side down in pan. Roast uncovered 55-85 minutes per pound and reaches an internal temperature of at least 185 degrees F. Remove and rest 10 minutes before slicing. Pressure Cooker: Cut roast into 2-3 pieces and place in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water. Set cooker to high pressure for 1 hour (adjust for mini cookers). Natural release for 15 minutes. Remove and pull pork apart. Pressure cookers and ovens vary. Adjust cook time and instructions accordingly. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
