Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. StoveTop: Thaw product prior to cooking. Slice sausage roll into approximately 1/2-inch patties using indicated marks. Preheat skillet to medium heat. Cook over medium heat for 13-18 minutes, flipping sausage frequently for even browning, until center of sausage patty reaches 165 degrees F and is no longer pink. Keep frozen.
