For your protection follow these handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw. Remove bacon from package. Pan Fry: Lay slices out in cold pan. Cook on low, turning often for even cooking. Remove from pan. Drain on a paper towel. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange bacon slices in a single layer in shallow baking dish lined with foil. Roast for 10 minutes, then flip bacon slices. Roast for 10-15 additional minutes to desired crispness. Remove from oven. Drain on a paper towel. Keep refrigerated.
