Directions
To prepare a delicious Chow Mein with beef, chicken, shrimp, pork or fish. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5-9 minutes, or until the noodles are loose. Turn off the heat and loosen the pasta with a fork. Put the pasta in a colander, add cold water and drain. Cut the meat and vegetables of your choice and fry them, add seasoning mix. Mix the meat, vegetables and noodles and add soy sauce as you choice. Keep it in a cool and dry place.
