Marinating: Pour Pilleteri's Marinade in pan to cover 1/2 thickness of meat. Marinate 1 hour, turn meat and marinate other side one hour. For maximum tenderness, pour Marinade to completely cover meat, and marinate over night. Shake well and add to food before and during cooking. Refrigerate after opening.
