Directions: To make personal blend: Please ensure the enclosed bottle and pipete are cleaned in boiling water prior to preparing a blend. You can combine up to 7 remedies to make your personal blend. Fill a clean bottle 3/4 full with spring water and add 2 drops of each remedy to the water. Take 4 drops of your blend a minimum 4 times a day. Your personal blend will last up to three weeks.
