Directions
Cook the beans in boiling water for 45 to 90 min. Add garlic and salt as desired. Saute in separate pan chopped onions and green peppers in vegetable oil. Puree the beans in blender, add beans to frying pan with other ingredients. Stir until content thickens. Serve with tortillas and cheese, bread, or tortilla chips.
