Cooking Instructions (One cup rice): Rinse one cup of organic long grain brown rice. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add 1 tsp of oil. Add rinsed rice, and salt to taste. Return to boil. Cover reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 30-32 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
