Inches around shoulder: S/M: 13 inch - 17 inch. L / XL: 17 inch - 20 inch. Fit: Measure the circumference of your shoulder, and refer to the size chart. Use: 1. Position the sleeve to cover the ball portion of your shoulder. 2. Adjust the strap so it crosses the back, under the opposite arm and across the chest. 3. Feed the strap thought the loop and adjust to desired compression level. Note: Re-adjustment of sleeve may be required as desired comfort and compression level is achieved. Machine wash cold. Delicate cycle with like colors. Do not Bleach. Tumble dry low, delicate. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
