Directions
[1] Prep: Coat protein or veggies with water, egg wash, or brush with binder of your choice (mayo or mustard). [2] Coat: Shake coating mix onto protein/veggie turning to cover all sides. Lightly press coating to make sure it sticks. Reseal bag to keep extra coating fresh for next time. [3] Cook: Cook using method of your choice. If using air fryer or oven, set temp to 400 degrees F and cook until desired doneness. top with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese - Sprinkle on mac and cheese and broil for a crunchy topping - Coat pork chops and serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies...
