How to Use the Trinity II Nursing Pillow: Reverse pillow on same side for different position (ex. cradle to clutch) or flip to opposite side for same position (ex. cradle to cradle). Slide pillow to other side for different position (ex. cradle on one side to other side for football position). Positioning Tip: Tummy to tummy with mummy! 1. Cradle Hold: Support your arm with the large end of the pilloww. Place baby on forearm, tummy and face towards you. Baby should be in an inclined position. 2. Cross-Cradle Hond: With baby in cradle hold position, use opposite and arm to support baby's head and back. Feet should be towards narrowing end of pillow. 3. Clutch or Football Hold: Wrap pillow around your side with the large end in front. Support baby with your arm and place on pillow with feet toward your back. With your hand, support baby's head to the breast on the same side. 4. Side-Lying Position: Lying on your side, position baby with tummy and face towards you. Use pillows to support mom or baby. Support neck, back, or limbs. Pillowcase Directions: Simply slip case on small end and fold flap over after covering large end. The pillowcase does not have to be removed from the pillow for washing. Machine wash warm gentle cycle. Non-chlorine bleach as needed. Tumble dry low. Wash dark colors separately.
