Microwave Heating Instructions: Based on 1200 watt microwave. Step 1: Peel back film slightly (about 1/2 inches). Heat on high 30 seconds. Step 2: Peel back film and pour vegetable mix, sauce on top of noodle. Step 3: Cover and heat for another 30 seconds. (Caution: The tray and its contents are hot after microwaving). Step 4: Remove film completely and mix with sesame oil. Enjoy! Let stand for 1 minute before removing from the microwave is recommended. All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
