2 Easy Steps: Sukhi's Indian marinade + meat or veggies = cook curry with confidence. Tandoori Chicken: Recipe Ingredients: 1 packet sukhi’s tandoori marinade. 2 lbs. bone-in chicken thigh. Directions: 1. Cut 2-3 large slits in bone-in chicken thigh. 2. Marinate chicken with Sukhi’s tandoori marinade sauce for 30 minutes up to 24 hours, coating evenly. 3. Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes (Note: Prevents dry chicken). 4. Broil or barbeque evenly on each side until chicken is cooked. 5. Brush with melted butter, option to garnish with sliced lemons and red onions. 6. Serve with basmati rice & pair with sukhi’s mango chutney. Refrigerate after opening.
