All you need: 1 package Grill Mates® seasoning mix. 1 lb. ground beef. 4 hamburger rolls. Directions: Mix ground beef and seasoning mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees F). Serve on rolls with desired condiments and toppings. Burger builds: Philly-style cheesesteak burgers top burgers with provolone cheese and grilled onions and peppers. Sweet onion California burger. Top burgers with avocado and red onion slices, leaf lettuce and tomato.
