Quick-n-Easy Directions: Thawing Instructions: For best results, remove pouch from outer packaging. Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, place pouch in cold water for 1-2 hours until thawed. Heating Instructions: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stovetop: For best results 1. Place sealed pouch into a pot and cover with water. 2. Bring the water to a boil and then turn down to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Remove pouch from water and open package. Transfer Beef and Sauce to a serving dish. Serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Microwave: (1000 watts): 1. Open pouch, place beef and sauce into a microwaveable dish. 2. Cover and heat on high for 3 minutes. Stir, and heat for an additional 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. 3. Let stand for 1-2 minutes. Serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Conventional Oven & Microwave: (1000 watts) 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove Beef from pouch and place in an oven-proof dish or on a lined baking sheet. Reserve the sauce on the side in a microwaveable dish. 3. Bake beef on middle oven rack for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4. Cover Sauce and microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 5. Remove beef from oven and combine with Sauce. Serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Air Fryer & Microwave: (1000 watts) 1. Preheat air fryer on Air Fry setting to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove Beef from package and reserve Sauce on the side in a microwaveable dish. 3. Place beef in the air fryer tray and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping slices over halfway through heating. 4. Place reserved sauce into a microwaveable dish. Cover and microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 5. Remove beef from the air fryer and combine with Sauce. Serve. Caution: Contents will be hot. Chef’s Tips: Serve on a crispy warm baguette with sauteed onions, peppers, and melted provolone cheese. Keep frozen.
