Mini double-chocolate cheesecakes: What you need: 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate. 6 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies. 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia cream cheese. 2/3 cup sugar. 1 tbsp. vanilla. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup thawed cool whip whipped topping. 6 strawberries. See inside for prep directions. Baker's storage: keep in a cool dry place (do not refrigerate). Higher temperatures can cause chocolate to bloom (lighten in color). This does not affect flavor or quality. Easy microwave melting: Microwave chocolate in a microwaveable bowl on high 30 sec.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-sec. increments until completely melted.
