Directions
Use: Simply attach the needle onto the tip of the Injector tube. Begin with plunger depressed. Place the needle tip into the marinade and slowly pull the plunger up to draw in the liquid. Insert the needle into the meat and slowly press the plunger to deposit liquids and flavors exactly where needed. Continue around the cut of meat until all areas are infused. Cook according to instructions. Cleaning: Carefully detach the needle from the tip of the Injector tube. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before reassembling.
