For food safety and best quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Stovetop Cooking: Place frozen vegetables in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top, cover and bring to a full boil over high heat. Reduce to medium heat and boil gently for 4-6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain; season to taste. Microwave Cooking: Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. Microwave on high for 4-1/2 - 5-1/2 minutes. Microwave ovens vary in power. Heating times are approximate. During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Bag is hot. Carefully remove bag from microwave, avoiding steam. pour into serving dish and enjoy. Keep frozen until ready to use. Not ready to eat.
