Removing the scratch- off coating and activation of service constitutes your acceptance of the Verizon Prepaid Customer Agreement and Plan, which you acknowledge you have received.

Use for all your prepaid services. Card has no value until activated by cashier. No value until activated at register. Your purchase and use of this card is subject to the Verizon Customer Agreement, which can be found at vzw.com/legal/notices/customer-agreement and details of your Plan. Monthly plans renew on the same day every month. Your account must have sufficient funds to remain active. If account does not renew and sufficient funds are not added within 60 days, your account will be canceled and any remaining funds will be forfeited.
