Must be cooked fully prior to consumption. Cooking Instructions: Fast & Easy Microwave: Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook on high for 2:30 minutest+*. Allow to sit covered for 2 minutes. †Microwaves vary; for a 900w microwave, add 30 - 60 seconds; for a 600w microwave, add 60 - 90 seconds. * Cook until product reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature. Stovetop: Empty contents into a small saucepan and add 2 tbsp of water. Cover, cook over medium heat, and bring to a low boil. Stir occasionally to separate pieces; add more water if needed. Once all pieces are separated, cover and simmer for 1 minute* more. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 2 minutes. Cook until product reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature. Let cool, then puree (6-8+mo), mash (8+mo), or serve. As finger food (8+mo) to your little one. If serving as finger food, cut larger pieces of fruits and veggies into bite size (1/4 inch) pieces. Always supervise when feeding. Take caution when removing the cover, as steam will be hot. Keep frozen. Do not thaw prior to cooking. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F.
