Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Cooking & Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended - cook from frozen. Outdoor Grill, for Medium: Preheat gas grill to 350 degrees F. Cook frozen patty 6-9 minutes on one side or until juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 5-7 minutes or until patty is 160 degrees F internal temperature. In the Frying Pan, for Medium: Place frozen patty in pre-heated frying pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes, then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Keep frozen.
