Directions

Heating Instructions: Product is fully cooked. Remove outer and inner casings (for cello butt). Product may be heated to at least 140 degrees F in a pot with Dietz & Watson sauerkraut or in boiling water. It may also be baked with a glaze or sliced and pan fried. Keep refrigerated. Proper Handling Procedures: Store at 28 degrees-36 degrees F. Once opened, use within 5 days or freeze. After opening, overwrap unused portion with film and refrigerate.
