Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry/Skillet: Place desired number of slices in unheated skillet (slices will separate upon heating). Cook slowly, turning frequently to brown evenly. Drain on absorbent paper. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Separate slices bacon and place on wire rack set in baking pan. Bake, without turning, in hot oven (400 degrees F) about 15 minutes or until brown and cooked to desired crispness. Cooking Instructions: Broiler (Top Heat): Separate slices of bacon and place on broiling ack. Broil about 5 inches from heat source, turning once until crisp. Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven: Cover plate with paper towels. Place bacon strips on towels and cover with additional towels. Cook on high power - 2 slices 1 1/2 to 2 minutes - 4 slices 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until bacon reaches desired crispness. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
